We specialize primarily in pre-owned items, and due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise noted in the item listing.
While we do not generally accept returns or exchanges, in rare cases, a return may be approved at our sole discretion based on individual circumstances.
No Returns on Jewelry
All jewelry sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to, items containing gold, precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry of any kind. For security and authenticity reasons, jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in the item listing.
Approved Returns (Non-Jewelry Items Only)
If a return is approved for a non-jewelry item:
• A store credit will be issued for the amount of the original purchase
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated.
