Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
The shipping carrier selected at checkout may be changed at our discretion in order to ensure the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery of your purchase.
There will be no additional shipping cost to the buyer if we change carriers due to upgraded service or added fees.
Jewelry Shipping Requirements
• Jewelry items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Signature confirmation is required for delivery of all jewelry items
• Someone must be present to sign for the package at the delivery address
Freight Forwarding & Third-Party Addresses
For the protection of both our customers and our business, we do not ship to freight forwarding facilities or third-party reshippers for most items.
• No exceptions will be made for jewelry items
• Non-jewelry items may be considered for shipment to forwarding facilities at our sole discretion
Orders placed with a forwarding address may be canceled and refunded.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges
International Shipping (Canada & Mexico)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs processing times may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
• All shipments are tracked
• Jewelry shipments are shipped with appropriate security measures
• Signature confirmation is used to help prevent theft and loss
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be included on certain orders or added at our discretion to protect high-value shipments. If insurance is included, it applies only under the carrier’s terms and conditions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us promptly. We will assist in filing a carrier inquiry or claim when applicable, but delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
